Cancellation & Refund
Once the order has been successfully placed and is being processed by the payment gateway, you cannot cancel it and seek a refund. Only the following scenarios will be taken into account for refund requests:
1. If one of our partner courier providers does not serve the shipping location. Damaged goods won't be covered by refund requests. Products that are damaged will be exchanged according to our exchange policy.
2. The money will be returned to the customer within the next 7 to 10 business days after receiving written confirmation of the refund. The money will be returned in the manner of payment used by the consumer.
3. If a consumer wishes to return a product because he or she doesn't like it after receiving it or believes it doesn't meet his or her expectations, no returns will be accepted. In the following circumstances, there will be no refunds: incorrect or incomplete address provided by the client Failure of the addressee to appear at the specified place or location declining to accept goods Delivered to the location or recipient that the customer has specified—but not to the consumer themselves
